Class Teacher (Autism Resource Base)

We are looking to appoint a Class Teacher to teach in our Autism Resource Base. Allen Edwards is an inclusive, vibrant, diverse community school situated in the heart of Stockwell. This is a great place to work and is a true community school!

Our Autism Resource Base is an integral part of our school and we aim for the children to be part of all aspects of school life where appropriate. You will be supported by our Resource Base team which is made up of experienced teachers and teaching assistants and the Inclusion Team, as well as well a range of professionals such as SALT, OT, LAAS and Music Therapist.

• Have a strong understanding of how to safeguard children and promote their wellbeing and development.
• Are a professional who will work co-operatively and collaboratively with other staff and members of the multi-professional team.
