Who are we?

Claycots School Partnership is one of the biggest primary schools in the country and is excited to be recruiting to meet the needs of our rapid expansion to ensure that our children get the very best in creative, innovative and dynamic teachers. Currently we will have over 1,200 pupils over two high profile campuses in Slough with big plans for our children. We aim to become the Enigma Learning Trust which will drive forward the agenda for social equality and excellent provision for the children of the Thames Valley over the next two years.

After our recent successful Ofsted (Feb 2015) we will be looking at introducing the International Primary Curriculum, further provision in the Arts and Sport and becoming a hub school for innovative use of digital media. Truly a fantastic prospect for ambitious values driven professionals who are willing to work with us in our expansion and have accelerated progression within education.

What we can offer?

Claycots is committed to supporting and coaching teachers to reach their full potential. The post will give the successful candidates the opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving school community, where they can make a tangible difference, whilst receiving exceptional professional development in NQT Induction, Masters study, Enigma Leadership Programme and opportunities to make a significant difference in children's lives.

For all teaching posts, we welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers. We are interested in recruiting teachers in all the key stages: EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

We are recruiting for both Campuses as we expand to become a 7 form entry school so have flexibility for age range and location.
