Class Teacher – KS2 Phase Leader

Welland Academy is seeking a passionate Phase Leader to join our dedicated team of educators.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher who will be able to join our dedicated team of outstanding practitioners. As a Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our pupils. You will lead a team of talented teachers within your phase, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are met. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives, monitor student progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a Class Teacher who:

• Has experience of teaching in KS2
• Has a passion for children’s learning and development
• Has experience of successfully leading (a subject or phase) and can contribute ideas to a strong and forward-looking team
• Can be innovative in their techniques to motivate our pupils
• Is reflective
• Is willing to develop their knowledge and skills in using IT to support children's learning and their own workload
• Is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
