Class Teacher

Permanent, Hours per Week: FTE

A second position for a class teacher has become available. From 1st September 2015, we wish to appoint a highly effective, passionate class teacher for our lively, diverse and unique school.

Quarry Mount is located in inner city Leeds and we believe strongly in providing breadth of opportunity for all our pupils to ensure their future success. It really is a hugely rewarding place to be.

Applicants should:

• Have very high expectations for achievement and behaviour
• Consistently ensure effective learning and progress from all pupils
• Have the energy and creativity to inspire and motivate
• Be an effective 'Team Player' including showing (at least) the potential to lead
•  a subject area across school.

The successful applicant would enjoy working in a warm, welcoming school with pupils who are full of energy for learning, and with an incredibly supportive staff team. Quarry Mount is also part of the Lantern Learning Trust, and this partnership offers staff both increased opportunity and support.

Interview date: Tuesday 16th June 2015.
