The Skegness Junior Academy requires a passionate Class Teacher to join their team from September 2015/January 2016. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teacher or NQT wanting to work in a Junior setting, where professional development and high standards of behaviour are paramount.

The Academy has a strong culture of staff development, with a key focus on performance management. They seek to further develop staff, providing them with the opportunities required to benefit pupils.

The Skegness Junior Academy is situated in the thriving holiday destination of Skegness, the Academy boasts spacious grounds and strong links with the nearby Secondary Academy. It has three classes in each year group with approximately 360 on roll at the moment. The local community is at the heart of the Academy working together to provide the best education possible for pupils.

You will be a qualified teaching professional with the capability of engaging and enthusing pupils through a commitment to quality learning. Working to your high-level principles and expectations of achievement and behaviour, you will be able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills. The Academy and Trust have a passion for managing behaviour and ensuring that all children succeed and therefore are seeking to appoint someone who shares these values.
