The Governors at Knowsley Park School are looking for two outstanding teachers of MFL, one to teach German to GCSE with either French or Spanish and one to teach French with either German or Spanish. Currently all pupils study either French or German from Year 7 to Year 9, they then opt for either French or German at GCSE. We intend to offer a second language to higher ability pupils from next year, enabling pupils to study 2 languages at GCSE. Knowsley Park supports language teaching within our family of schools and there is the opportunity for teaching in our feeder Primary Schools.

Knowsley Park is a traditional school in a state of the art, 21st century building. The school is situated on the outskirts of Prescot, approximately ten miles from Liverpool City Centre. We are a successful and inclusive 11-16 school which opened in September 2009.
