You will have the overall responsibility for leading and managing a rich educational experience for your class. You will work alongside your year group partner to assess, plan and carefully orchestrate with your teaching assistant, the best provision possible resulting in all children making accelerated progress and reaching at least national standards.

The emphasis of the academy is on ensuring all children leave Year 6 with the skills that are needed to be literate and numerate adults and with the personal qualities they need to succeed, now and in the future.
