Job overview

Are you passionate and excited to want to teach, and make a real difference in the life of our pupils?

If the answer is Yes! Then apply to join us at Reaside.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and talented key stage 2 teacher to join our happy, successful, and growing two-form entry junior school, that is situated in Frankley, on the outskirts of Birmingham.

Following our recent successful Ofsted inspection in March 2023, you will be joining our good and ambitious school. We are eager to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can make learning exciting and innovative, whilst understanding the importance of accurate assessments. You will need the ability and commitment to deliver high quality lessons to pupils across KS2 and become a full and active member of our teaching staff.

As a school with strong partnerships with Birmingham City Football Club, The Blue Coat Independent School and our family of Partnership schools, we are able to provide a strong offer for CPD for the successful candidate.

If you would like to discuss the role in more detail, please contact Hayley Carrier, Headteacher, on 0121 675 7235 or email at  hcarrier@rea.greenheartlearning.org, who will happily respond to you regarding the position.

To apply for the post, please complete the Application form and return to the Reaside, enquiry inbox at: hrrecruitment@greenheartlearning.org by: Friday, 3rd May 2024

Closing Date: Friday, 3rd May 2024 at 23:59

Date of Interview: Friday, 10th May 2024

Interview Venue: Reaside Primary Academy

Commencement date in role: ASAP - following negotiation with successful candidate.

Greenheart Learning Partnership is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We therefore expect all staff and volunteers to work to and within school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, child protection and health and safety.

This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, pre-medical check, evidence of qualifications, plus verification of the right to work in the UK.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
