Job overview

Teachers Required!

The Inspire Partnership is a multi-academy trust of nine schools based in Medway, Greenwich, and Croydon.

We are seeking to appoint ambitious, creative and aspirational teachers to work at Elaine Primary, supporting our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Since joining the Inspire Partnership, Elaine Primary School has continued to go from strength to strength, where for the first time in a generation, the school has been judged as providing a good education (Ofsted, September 2022). This is a clear recognition that the hard work of all members of the school community continues to impact positively on the lives of all Elaine children.

Are you ready for the next step in your career and keen to progress to a Middle Leadership role? We can provide extensive career growth and CPD opportunities within our Medway schools and wider trust.

We offer the opportunity to develop as a lead teacher, including supporting other trust schools as well as growing your own middle leadership skills.

If you share in our belief that success is gained by developing a growth mind set; one which values effort and believes anything is possible, then we want to hear from you.

In joining us, we will offer you the very best CPD and career development. This includes:

  • A competitive salary
  • A core offer of professional development with opportunities to engage in research programmes
  • Outstanding leadership development and support
  • Potential for Leadership positions

Candidates with a range of experience, are encouraged to apply.

Further information about our Trust is available at: https://www.inspirepartnership.co.uk
