Cleaner/Caretaker

Barton CE School is a small village school with 4 classes and a very friendly, supportive atmosphere. All the staff work closely together as a team to ensure that all children have positive learning experiences and flourish.

The school is looking to appoint a reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic and hardworking person, who will make our school “shine”!

We need someone who takes pride in their work and wants to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout and care about the way our school looks. There will be some caretaking duties.

The successful candidate will:

• have experience of cleaning
• be able to manage their time effectively
• be able to work in a busy environment
• be able to use their own initiative
• understand the need for confidentiality & security
