Cleaner

15 hours per week

Holy Apostles Primary School is looking to appoint a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to undertake cleaning.

Duties between 3.30pm – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Some cleaning work is also scheduled during the school holidays.

Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided, but a positive and flexible attitude is essential, together with an ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Work on own and prioritise own workload
• Work as part of a team
• Have a flexible approach to working arrangements in line with the duties of the post
• Undertake appropriate training when required.

With effect from 1st September 2014 Holy Apostles' C of E Primary School has introduced an additional local ‘living wage supplement’ to the pay of all staff who are currently on salaries of less than £7.65 per hour/£14,760 per annum. Please note that this arrangement is not permanent and is subject to review/withdrawal at any time.
