Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 20:00
Holiday hours: 09:30 – 15:30

£7.10 - £7.29 per hour, (Currently £8,510 to £8,733 per annum.)

We wish to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team responsible for ensuring that school premises and facilities are presented and maintained to the highest standard. Key tasks will include:

  • Leading and directing the cleaning team;
  • Prioritisation of cleaning duties;
  • Assessment of cleaning to promote high standards
  • Providing coaching and training; and
  • Cleaning tasks as required.

Applications are invited from candidates with a flexible attitude, able to work to high standards, often without direct supervision, and as part of a team.

Framlingham Earl High School, known to its community of staff and students as “Fram”, is a secondary school located in Framingham Earl, Norfolk. The school is co-educational and enrolls pupils aged 11-16.

A community sports centre was built on the school site in 2005-2006, which means that a full range of physical activities are available to students, both as part of the curriculum and as outside school activities. 

The school is proud of its pastoral care, with dedicated teams supporting students in every aspect of life and extra provision available from its student ‘Buddies’, from peer mentors, a listening service and a student counsellor.

Framlingham Earl has links with schools across the world, notably in France and Malawi.

Values and vision

Framlingham Earl High School has a new motto, which is “Anything’s possible”. This maxim reflects its expectations that students will demonstrate an excellent study ethic and work hard to develop into independent learners able to move easily onto the next phase of their education. The school has an affiliation with the Learning without Limits project at Cambridge University, which is dedicated to developing approaches to teaching and learning that do not rely on determinist beliefs about ability.
