Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an individual to work at our newly refurbished coffee shop based at Haven House in Truro city centre. The successful candidate’s prime responsibility will be to manage and coordinate a busy coffee shop including line management responsibility for one apprentice. You will be committed to achieving either a level 3 Hospitality & Catering qualification or a Team Leading/Management qualification. Applicants should have a good understanding of hospitality and catering, a level 3 qualification in Food & Beverage Supervision or equivalent as well as some industrial experience. Excellent organisational and administration skills are essential.
