Navitas Limited (UK) is seeking to appoint a resourceful, dynamic and self-motivated professional to lead a highly successful embedded college in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire.

The role of College Director for Hertfordshire International College offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for an exceptional individual to be at the forefront of both shaping and developing the college’s strategic plan. In addition to this, the post-holder will also be responsible for the college’s core functions, comprising; marketing and admissions, academic and student services, quality assurance and compliance.

The organisation is seeking a proactive leader who will be commitment to achieving high quality outcomes for both the college and students. They will also possess strong management experience gained from a relevant education leadership role, ideally from a similar international pathway environment.
