TES Global is currently recruiting a Content Producer have responsibility for delivering curated content packages in order to meet the needs and interests of teachers using the TES Resources platform.
What you’ll do
As Content producer you will report to the Head of Content Curation and assist with the delivery of strategic development plans, ensuring content provision across our entire Resources audience.
You will be responsible for researching, writing, compiling and delivering content curated packages including newsletters, onsite collections and other sets of materials aligning with TES Editorial features.
Inputting into the Resources content plans and editorial publishing schedule by proposing content projects, you will also manage individually owned content plans, assist in the production of commissioned work and organise the production of all work into the relevant plans and schedules.
You will work across the team to ensure the team production processes are facilitated and work with marketing and social media to ensure content is planned into cross departmental schedules.
Ultimately you will be responsible for working with the content team to drive engagement with resources content through a variety of avenues and ensuring delivery of relevant projects and planning.
Who you are
You’ll have previous experience of devising, producing and delivering educational content for students and teachers and have knowledge of key issues within the education sector and recent curriculum initiatives.
You will have a good understanding of the key trends of digital classroom teaching and the characteristics of high quality resources. You may have previous classroom teaching experience or have an educational publishing background.
Detail orientated, organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines under pressure, you will also have a creative, professional and warm manner. You will be a team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative, be self- motivated and resourceful. Most of all you will be passionate to do a great job and have a willingness to learn.
