Creative EYFS Leader

Harpenden Free School is going from strength to strength with the appointment of a new Principal and Deputy Principal this academic year. The school is ready to expand the senior leadership team and is looking for a creative EYFS Leader to start from September 2015. It will be a very exciting time for us as we move to our stunning, purpose-built location in central Harpenden and expand to take on two new classes as part of our planned growth.

You will need to be skilled in using imaginative and effective, child-led approaches to teaching and learning, and have evidence of successful strategies to improve pupil performance. Finally, you must have the capability and experience to be Leader of EYFS.

Harpenden Free School opened in September 2012. The school weaves together the child led philosophy and pedagogy of Montessori with the very best aspects of the National Curriculum. Our children are well-behaved, curious and happy. Our staff are welcoming, supportive and absolutely committed to ensuring each pupil has the best start possible.
