As a Curriculum Leader (for Health, Social Care and Early Years Education, including Work Based Learning) you will lead members of your team to deliver appropriate curricula; supporting the Faculty Director in maximising the use of physical resources and staff and promoting the professional development of the team.

Maintaining and enhancing the team learning environment, you will plan and deliver teaching/learning programmes within the Programme Area using a flexible range of strategies and teaching materials.

Applicants for this role must have experience of delivering and assessing on Health / Social or Early Years programmes, the ability to lead a team and be capable of developing and planning programmes. With a relevant degree or professional qualification at Level 4, you must hold a teaching qualification (Cert Ed or PGCE) and have up to date knowledge of changes in the industry and related qualification structures.

Able to support staff positively to achieve the best results, you will ideally have an understanding of work based learning, NVQ’s and Modern Apprenticeship Frameworks and the Health & Social/ Early Years Curriculum as a whole.
