Oaklands College has an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Apprenticeship and work based learning team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced curriculum manager with a background within training or a work based learning environment to lead and manage the work based learning curriculum. Working closely with the Business Partnership and Curriculum teams you will develop and drive forward areas of growth, innovative delivery and ensure a high quality service provision. 

In partnership with our internal and external stakeholders you will oversee the journey of all our apprentices and work based learners, ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with employers and the ability to build positive relationships and be a strong people manager. You will also possess excellent organisational skills.
