Data and Reporting Officer

36 hours per week

RACC has an exciting year ahead with the opening of our landmark building that will support the College as a hub of excellence for adult learning. We design and deliver courses in the most appropriate way to meet the needs, interests and abilities of both adults and young people who wish to learn in an adult environment.

The college is looking for a Data and Reporting Officer to join its College Information Systems (CIS) Department to assist with the development of key performance monitoring reports and support the data and information needs of the College through the development of reports using a variety of tools and methods including;Microsoft Access, SQL Reporting Services and SQL Scripting.

Duties will also include monitoring and responding to request on the CIS help desk, working closely with departments to create essential reports and develop systems and processes for the running and validating of the college ILR data.

The successful candidate will be qualified to at least level 3 in a relevant subject (e.g. Maths, Information Technology/Systems, Computing), have good knowledge of TSQL scripting and excellent IT skills.

Good communication skills are a must along with the ability to manage a busy workload and tight deadlines without supervision, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
