You will be committed to the academy movement and in particular to the growth and development of The Shotton Hall Learning Trust. You will be equally comfortable in the classroom or the boardroom and will be able to lead on one of the core subject areas across the trust, developing a hub of excellence in that aspect of our work, feeding into our role as a National Teaching School.
