Reach to Teach is a leading education charity that invests in and works with partner NGOs and Government schools to provide primary education in remote, rural communities.
We aim to provide the children of these communities with the highest standard of primary education, regardless of their location, gender, ethnicity or social background. Applying global best practices, we plan to build the capacity of rural school systems and help develop literate, numerate pupils.
We have secure, high profile and long-term investors who play an active role in our development.
Responsible for:
- Designing education models for new interventions and geographies
- Negotiating and launching education models and activities for new partners or interventions
Key skills and experience:
- Recent, significant, successful experience of UK primary school leadership and school improvement
- Experience managing a broad range of additional education related services e.g. outsourced services or facilities improvements
- Comfortable with selling concepts and negotiations with external parties
