About the role:

The College has recently launched a range of programmes in the Professional Services – in Accountancy, Legal Services and Facilities Management at our Centre for Lifelong Learning in Finsbury Park, Islington. We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Director for Skills Training, Enterprise and Employability to support the College in achieving its vision for this department, developing innovative training programmes which provide higher level technical skills to meet the needs of London’s employers. You will be responsible for designing curriculum, engaging employers and supporting students to develop skills, which lead to employment in Professional Services. You will line manage managers and staff, and support the Centre Director in the provision of exceptional education and training.

About you:

Our successful candidate will have substantial experience of providing training with a line of sight to employment in the Professional Services sector, and a strong track record of curriculum and people management. An innovative approach, together with the ability to inspire staff and students, is also of key importance.
