Deputy Faculty Leader in Mathematics

We seek to appoint a Deputy Faculty Leader in Mathematics to develop teaching and learning at Key Stages 3 and 4. Furthermore, the post holder will assist the Faculty Leader in developing assessments, monitoring pupil progress and intervention strategies. The post requires an outstanding teacher with developing leadership skills. Do you have excellent knowledge and skills in developing Mathematics? Are you ready to take on a middle leadership role?

Dame Elizabeth Cadbury is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted November20 12) that is keen to secure an “Outstanding” judgment in the near future. All teachers receive tailored CPD to secure their outstanding teaching and leadership skills.

• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a good understanding of how children learn
• Has a proven track record of raising attainment through their teaching and learning making a positive impact within and beyond their own classroom.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, inspire, lead and support colleagues.
• Has a commitment to working strategically as part of a team, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team, colleagues, parents and governors.
• Has a clear vision and commitment to school improvement.
