A unique opportunity has arisen at Benenden for an ambitious, dynamic and highly capable person to apply for the position of Deputy Head in our thriving full boarding school. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of management or leadership within a boarding environment, be an outstanding administrator and communicator, with an ability to take initiative and work well within a team. Having just launched our Ten Year Vision to take us to our Centenary in 2025, this is a very exciting time to join the School and the new Deputy Head will be instrumental in both the day-to-day running of the School as well as its strategic development.
