We are looking to expand the leadership of Mathematics and require someone who ticks all the boxes and sees themselves moving on to leading their own department in a few years. We are a large and happy Mathematics department who are already building on our recent great achievements at GCSE and A level.

• You will have an understanding of curriculum planning and assessment;
• You will lead on a key stage, depending on your experience and the needs of the department;
• You will influence vision, policy and practice, driving forward departmental teaching and learning and helping support the needs of all of our students;
• You will have proven data analysis skills;

The successful candidate will be supported in their own development through the school’s CPD programmes and can expect many opportunities for enhancing their own career.
