Promotion has created the opportunity for St. Joseph’s to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher and an Assistant Head Teacher to the Senior Leadership Team. • The strongest possible teaching and learning practice and experience, both in the classroom and as leaders;
• Command of Teaching and Learning Management, including Assessment processes, staff appraisal and development;
• Leadership in Religious Education (Deputy Head Teacher);
• Leadership and expertise in Inclusion, with commitment to the highest possible achievement for every child;
• Proven Curriculum innovation and the ability to work with colleagues and external partners to develop the richest-possible experience for children;
• The ability to work effectively as part of a tight Senior Leadership Team, with staff, children, parents and a range of external school partners.
