Cranford Primary School & Children’s Centre is seeking to appoint an experienced Deputy Headteacher for September 2015.

AN EXPERIENCED DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

Cranford Primary is a large 3 form entry school, with a Children’s Centre and 78 place Nursery.

An opportunity has arisen for the post of an experienced Deputy Headteacher

The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to support the Headteacher in maintaining our high standards as well as further improving our school. The ideal candidates will be highly skilled, exemplary teachers with experience across the primary age range and senior management level.

You will:

  • Have outstanding experience of teaching across the primary age range
  • Have the ability to plan and think strategically
  • Already be a Deputy Headteacher in another school
  • Be able to motivate and promote good relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Have a strong commitment to inclusion with high expectations for all learners
  • Have a track record ofsuccessfully promoting whole school parental engagement
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic and visionary
