We are excited to offer an opportunity for an existing or aspiring Deputy to join Haylands leadership team on our journey of rapid improvement.

The role will be non - class based, however there will be regular opportunities to teach in a mentoring and coaching role across the school.
Haylands is a large 2 form entry Primary school set in a stunning location in Ryde. The building has a state of the art design with fantastic teaching and learning facilities. We are situated only 15 minutes from Southsea and well worth a visit.
