Davidson Primary School is a 'Good' school (Ofsted 2012) in the heart of East Croydon. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher for our school from September 2015.
At Davidson Primary School we aim to prepare all our children for the future, encouraging them to be lifelong learners. We serve a multi-cultural community, have a committed and talented team of staff and governors and we are located on an extensive site, with good transport links.
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent experience as a Deputy Headteacher
- Have a proven track record of successful senior leadership and a leadership style based on consultation, coaching and valuing the achievements of others
- Be an outstanding teacher who can support, inspire and motivate others
- Have excellent understanding and experience of change, innovation and creativity
