Deputy Headteacher

Somerset is an outstanding and inspirational Nursery School in the heart of the Battersea community. We have a thriving Children’s Centre, a two year old nurture group and health professionals offering services on-site.

The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring teacher as our new Deputy Head of Centre.

You will need to be:

• an aspirational, outstanding teacher
• passionate about achieving excellence
• positive, enthusiastic and creative
• highly knowledgably and experienced in Early Years Education and Key Stage 1
• good at motivating, supporting and encouraging children and staff to help them realise their full potential
• a successful leader, able to communicate well with everyone inside and outside the Centre
• flexible and energetic

You will be joining a committed and dynamic staff team and an experienced and knowledgeable Governing Body, all dedicated to providing an exciting, stimulating and safe environment for the children.
