Uxbridge College is a highly successful Further Education College situated in West London, offering a wide range of courses and training to a diverse student community. The Deputy Learning Resources Manager role has specific responsibility for the management of our Hayes Learning Resource Centre.
The role would involve managing the Hayes Learning Resource team and the development of the Learning Resource Centre to meet the needs of the users and will ensure that the Centre has relevant resources to meet the demands of the College curriculum. We are looking for a well organised approach and the ability to develop our Learning Resources services in line with College strategic priorities and curriculum developments, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
You should possess a degree and a professional qualification in library/information management and will have gained management experience in library/information services. You should have some experience of leading a team and will have excellent organisation, IT and communication skills.
