The academy is currently looking to recruit a Design and Performance technician to provide practical support to the teaching and learning of Food and Textiles subjects, with aspects of support in other practical Design and Performance subjects.
This role would suit a creative person who is looking for an opportunity to start their career in education. As a Design and Performance technician, you will be able to take advantage of our fantastic facilities to inspire the creativity in our students. This post would be ideal for someone with an FE qualification in a creative subject, with an understanding of safety within the classroom.
The role will be varied and interesting and you will also be invited to be a Vertical Tutor, and take a full role in our pastoral system.
