Academy Transformation Trust
We are seeking a Director of Education to lead and further develop our Academy Improvement team.
Excellent work has already been undertaken by our strong and committed central team and Principals; however we are determined to take our success to the next level. The successful candidate will bring a fresh perspective and work with this team and our Executive team toward achieving an outstanding judgement in all our academies.
Alongside this, you will also:
- Set academic standards and drive educational performance across our family of academies
- Build close relationships with our Principals and provide appropriate challenge and support
- Guide curriculum reform and develop academic intervention strategies to ensure our academies offer relevant opportunities for all pupils
- Contribute to the strategic leadership and management of The Trust, supporting target setting, as well as influencing the long term future of the organisation
You will be an experienced and innovative senior education professional, with a record of successful strategic leadership and sustainable school improvement combined with imagination, flair and a determination to succeed.
