We offer the exciting opportunity to join the Aspirations Academies Trust senior executive team in the role of Director of HR & Compliance.

Operating from a headquarters base close to Heathrow Airport, Aspirations is a multi-academy trust running 16 schools across four regions in southern England. 

Over a period of 12 years Aspirations has established itself as a highly successful multi academy trust with a track record of turning around failing schools and successfully launching new schools.

We welcome applicants for this key role who are highly competent HR professionals with demonstrable ability to have transformational impact in supporting the management and operation of schools.

On the basis of your experience you will be confident of earning trust in your credibility as one of the Trust’s senior leaders through:

  • Shaping HR strategy and securing the endorsement of the strategy from senior colleagues and Trustees
  • Leading on the review and further development of the Trust’s HR policies
  • Communicating successfully and with professional authority to all levels, within and beyond the organisation, on the spectrum of HR issues that arise in the management and operation of multi academy trusts
