Full-time for a 2 year fixed term contract in the first instance

A rare opportunity has arisen at Thomas Walling Primary Academy to appoint a talented, experienced teacher with a proven track record of good to outstanding teaching to teach Music across the Primary age-range. This exciting new post is initially for a 2 year contract and is independently funded by our sponsor.

An ability to play the piano competently and confidently is essential. The post-holder will be expected to lead on whole school performances and co-ordinate external music tuition, as well as providing tuition in whole class singing, and at least one other instrument.

The ability to offer a second subject specialism would also be an advantage.
