Early Year Manager

Prince William Nursery School (PW) was found in 2013 by Ms Beales who was the first ISO standard early years education system founder in Scotland. PW is the only nursery school follows the EYFS curriculum in Shenzhen city and after one year's development; it has a great reputation in brand and with an emphasis on investing in its staff.

We are looking for new branch managers;
To be responsible for the daily running and administration of the Nursery whilst ensuring quality for the children and adhering to School policies and procedures at all times.

• Ensure and be able to measure high quality childcare across all rooms for the children, teachers and parents
• To agree key priorities for the nursery with the senior management team
• Supporting teachers to create planned activities to support children development and incorporating EYFS Curriculum into child play
• Working alongside members of staff to ensure high standard in operation of care.
• Provide leadership and management to other nursery staff and helping new staff to fit into the nursery.
• Incorporated EYFS Curriculum and in house staff training                                                  
• Review the effectiveness of communication between H.R., nurseries, parents and carers.
• Work with the H.R. department to plan recruitment and deliver appropriate training and development opportunities for staff.
• Offering all children equal opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disabilities, cultural or linguistic background.
• Be very able to deal and integrate with parent issues and parents as partners
• Participate in monthly management meetings reporting on your nursery’s targets achieved
• A native English speaker;

Must have:

• Applicant must have knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation Stage with at least 3 years teaching experience
• British Nationality Applicants preferred
• Minimum 1 year Contract
• Qualifications: must hold a PGCE or equivalent childcare Diploma
• Overseas qualifications are accepted with UK Naric confirmation

Salary:

£25K - £30K per annum+ sales bonus
depending on experience and qualifications. Annual appraisals and promotional opportunities within the group
