Early Years Class Teacher

Bayonne Nursery School is a popular and over subscribed nursery. In 2013 the school federated with James Lee Nursery School. Although the post is to fill a vacancy at Bayonne Nursery, the successful candidate would be part of the federation that could at some future time require all staff to work across sites.

Both schools have been judged outstanding by Ofsted.

The Governors wish to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage teacher to join our friendly team of practitioners. The successful candidate will bring skills and experience and be able to take forward initiative that the school is developing.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who is

• An Early Years teacher and excellent classroom practitioner able to lead a team of practitioners by example and expertise.
• Will extend and develop children’s learning through a holistic child-centred approach
• Be able to build on the schools success and take a lead in moving the school forward.
• Have high expectations of children’s learning.
• Be willing to learn.
