Our well-established Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher, to start in August 2024. Applicants for the post will have up-to-date knowledge and be experienced practitioners. The successful applicants will join a dedicated and dynamic team and will work in our 320 pupil school, situated in the capital, Stanley. Our students are at the centre of all that we do as a school. 

Applicants for the posts will have up-to-date knowledge and experience within the EYFS age range 3-5 years.

This is a unique opportunity to live overseas whilst working within an English school system.

We are seeking to recruit an EYFS Teacher who:

• is focused on helping children achieve high levels of progress in a happy and effective learning environment

• is a graduate with qualified teacher status (appropriate age range) who has completed their ECF induction and preferably has at least 1 years' successful teaching experience post ECF

• is experienced in the EYFS age range

• can demonstrate a thorough recent knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and how it leads into the English National Curriculum

• is committed to differentiation and SEND inclusive practice 

• can effectively monitor, assess, record and report on pupils’ progress 

• can work within and contribute to coaching and mentoring environment

• has good interpersonal skills and works well in teams

• possesses secure IT skills and has good IWB knowledge

• is able to contribute to the development of extra curriculum opportunities

• has a sense of adventure

We will provide:

• salary up to £42,885 for teachers with 5+ years experience

• Eligibility for a 25% gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract
