We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and child centered teacher to the Early Years or Key Stage 1 of our all-through academy. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and creative practitioner to help influence the success of our growing Primary Phase which opened in September 2013. In November 2014, Ofsted judged our Early Years and Key Stage 1 provision to be good with many excellent features.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • passionate about early learning and understands child development
  • dedicated to raising standards of teaching, learning and achievement
  • a reflective individual who is committed to their own professional development
  • a driven person who is able to lead learning among adults and children in a supportive and nurturing way.

We will offer:

  • a team of practitioners (including school leaders) who are early years trained and committed to providing truly outstanding early years provision and teaching
