We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Early Years Practitioner to join our exceptional Nursery Team. Could that be you?

As an Early Years Practitioner at St Martin’s Preparatory School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 – 4 years old, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

About the Role

Contract type: Full-time, permanent, term time plus training days and clubs

Working hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum

Start date: Immediate start available

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A willingness to train towards or holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
  • Previous experience working in a Nursery setting.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a gift for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.

And someone who has the ability to:

  • Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.
  • Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play.
  • Develop strong relationships and communication with children, parents, and carers.
