Job overview

As Resources Adviser, you will report to the Content Manager and work within a team of advisers to make sure that resources meet site terms and conditions and are fit for use by all TES resources users.

You will have shared ownership for the QA monitoring process across all materials and ensure that all resources uploaded are monitored on a daily basis.

Working across free and paid content you will be contributing to the QA policies and procedures and assisting with defining good quality materials. You will work with the content acquisition team to fully understand different licences and agreements and with the content acquisition and curation teams to regularly review and agree definitions of quality.

You will also be responsible for responding to internal and external resources queries, handling customer feedback and questions and assisting the Content Manager with any adjudication processes.

You will be the consistent voice of quality and ensure that high quality resources are provided to our user community.
