Educator / kindergarten teacher

We are looking for new colleagues to expand our international team: 

• who create an environment in which children feel safe and secure and in which they can develop optimally
• who participate in the planning and implementation of the daily program of appropriate developmental activities according to the rainbowtrekkers curriculum
• who observe, evaluate and document the social and physical development and behavior of the children
• who conduct the semi-annual parent interviews

What's important for us:

• bachelor's or master's degree courses in early childhood education or social work or comparable degrees
• Interest in progressive pedagogical concepts and the desire to apply them in practice and to continuously improve them in everyday.
• Very good observation skills to be able to document the development of the children in a differentiated way.
• Excellent communication and reflection skills.
• Minimum language level at start of employment: fluent in German or English
