We are looking for motivated, organized and resourceful individuals to work with businesses and students at the College to enable them to access apprenticeships, work experience opportunities within businesses to enrich the learning and employability skills of our students.
You must be able to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. You will have experience of proactively developing relationships with local business and organizations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a well organised approach to work, with experience of managing relationships with employers and the ability to work under your own initiative and under pressure.
You must be able to promote Seevic’s work experience programme, identify prospective work placement opportunities, initiate and develop relationships with local businesses and organizations and liaise with them effectively. You will also be actively involved in the arrangement of due diligence, safeguarding and health and safety checks of employer premises.
You will have skills and experience of working in a target driven environment, employer engagement, recruitment or sales based role. You will also have experience of building, developing and managing client and stakeholder relationships. You must have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes. Self motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a enthusiastic approach is essential. Possession of excellent all round IT skills are also a key skill for this role.
