Executive Head of Federation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed individual to become Executive Head Teacher of a new Federation in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. A visionary leader will have the opportunity to plan and create learning experiences across three institutions to meet the needs of a range of young people. The Federation will consist of a BESD secondary school, a Pupil Referral Unit and a Centre for young people with Autism and challenging behaviour/mental health needs.

The right candidate will:

• Have a passion for teaching and learning and ensuring our students get the very best education
• Ensure an inclusive ethos
• Have exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Be committed to developing a strong team throughout the Federation
• Manage school resources and finances effectively
• Inspire our students, parents/carers, staff, governors and the wider community as we begin this exciting new journey.
