Prince Albert Community Trust is a dynamic and forward-thinking Trust committed to excellence in education, addressing social injustice and supporting community growth through our civic duty. Since its establishment in 2015, PACT has grown to serve over 4000 students and their families across Birmingham in both Primary and Secondary education.

PA High is currently the only secondary school in the trust and from September 2024 will be home to 750 students across Year 7 – Year 10. Through the school admission policy, trust primary schools feed into the secondary enabling a vision for the Trust to provide a service that enables cradle to career.

PACT is very much a mission-led, values-driven organisation with trustees firmly committed to addressing social inequality and educational disadvantage. Together we have achieved a great deal, but the trustees have ambitions to do even more for the students of PA High and the surrounding area of North Birmingham. We seek an Executive Head Teacher who readily connects with our school and local community, who is inspired and energised by the possibilities of expansion and opportunities to build on success in innovative ways, and who has the requisite skills, energy and commitment to put the trustees’ vision into practice.

This leader will work closely with the CEO to shape the future for secondary provision and quality assurance within the Trust. They will be deeply inclusive, knowledgeable, resilient, have a passion for eradicating the disadvantaged gap whilst being personable and relatable to all stakeholders.

They will be able to work alongside secondary and primary colleagues to deliver our vision, to 'enable every student to succeed at school and in life'; guided by the core values of Passion, Aspiration, Collaboration, and Trust. A proven secondary leader already, they will strive for Exceptional Education in all aspects of the trust’s work.
