The Hard Federation of St Joseph's Infant and Junior Catholic school is a successful partnership of two outstanding schools located in the popular borough of Brent. The two form entry schools aim to allow each child to fulfil their full potential in a caring and inspirational setting.

Due to the retirement of our long serving, much loved and highly regarded Headteacher, the Governors are looking to appoint a new Executive Head Teacher for the Federation who will be an inspirational leader committed to our Catholic ethos as a practising Catholic.

We can offer enthusiastic, confident, happy, and well-behaved pupils, together with hard- working, dedicated and committed staff, eager to build on our high standards. We also offer high levels of attainment and progress and a well-developed partnership with other local schools and the local community.

There is ample opportunity for continuing professional development.

We are looking for a person who:

• is a practising Catholic with commitment to preserving Catholic Primary Education
• has a proven track record as an inspirational leader
• will inspire, challenge and encourage staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils, enabling every child to fulfil their full potential
• has the ability to maintain and the ambition to raise standards
• has the ability to meet all the constantly changing challenges that go with the post and to show great care and empathy to the diverse school community
• to foster good relationships within the school community, parish,diocese and the wider community.
