GTAT is a newly formed Multi-Academy Trust whose aim is to build and grow partnerships that enable the Trust to achieve excellence for all in our learning community up to the age of 13.

We are seeking an experienced headteacher with:

• The ability to build, communicate and implement a shared vision.
• An ability to create and sustain high performing teams, supporting and empowering our school leaders.
• An inspirational leader able to develop a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the highest level of achievement for all.

We will offer you:

• High achieving schools rated at least good by Ofsted.
• A team of dedicated and committed leaders comprising of headteachers and a head of school.
