Executive Headteacher

We are seeking to appoint an Executive Head teacher who is a practising Catholic who will cherish and support the Catholic ethos of our schools.

Endsleigh Holy Child VC Academy and St Vincent’s VC Academy are part of the St Cuthbert’s RC Academy Trust, along with St Mary Queen of Martyrs and St Richard’s VC Academy. The Trust’s core activity is to ensure good Catholic education for all and as an Executive Headteacher you will play a key role in helping to support the future development of the Trust.

You will be responsible for the management and leadership of two academies.

You should be able to provide evidence of collaborative and inspirational leadership that creates a culture of high expectations and aspirations, and raises standards, ensuring that all children reach their full potential. If you welcome the opportunity to have influence and impact across two academies, and would like to work alongside the Directors to help shape the future of education for our pupils, then we would like to hear from you.
