Due to the retirement of our long standing and successful Executive Headteacher, the Governing Body of this diverse, high achieving and inclusive Federation is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed leader who will respect and value the ethos of our school. You will build on our existing reputation and lead us on our journey to becoming an outstanding Federation.
The Bramham and Shadwell Federation provide a primary education across two school sites. The Federation consists of 302 students; 95 at Bramham and 207 at Shadwell. We strive to ensure first class learning in all its various forms for all students, irrespective of ability or background. The ethos of the Federation reflects the traditional values of good behaviour which combined with the best modern practice of teaching and learning, results in high achievement and makes both schools very popular within their local communities.
