We are a friendly 2 form entry school with a specialist Centre for Autism and a strong commitment to ensuring that every child achieves high standards in all they do in school through providing a rich and stimulating curriculum. Our school motto is ‘courage-confidence-respect-belonging’.

The appointment:
The Governing body of Hoo St Werburgh Primary School and Marlborough Centre are seeking to appoint an outstanding, committed and informed Executive Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career and build upon those skills already gained from being a successful headteacher.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure the continuing success and progression of our pupils. She/he will be able to challenge and innovate to continue the successful journey of the school whilst having the experience and knowledge of being able to develop the strategic vision for the school over the next 5 years at least.
